• Dual Safety valve – 2 safety valves have been installed to prevent abnormal rise on pressure in jacket and boiler
• Mechanical Radial Door lock mechanism with Silicon Gasket Provides air tight seal
• Automatic pressure locking system prevents opening of door under pressure
• State-of-the-art vacuum breaker system is fitted to prevent collapsing of boiler due to vacuum formed by condensation of steam
• Current Leakage breaker- prevents electric shock
• Electronic Water Level Detection System – identifies water level and prevents dry heating and damage to the unit
• Sterilizer is hydraulically tested at 2.5 times the working pressure
• Undergoes rigorous production and factory acceptance testing
